Samantha Clayton has been involved in the field of health & fitness for over twelve years. Her involvement in Pilates was a natural progression from her studies in Modern and West African Dance. Samantha completed her training in upstate New York in "The Original Method".
Samantha is one of few teachers certified through The Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), the only standardized Pilates certification in North America. Samantha works primarily with clients undergoing rehabilitative treatments and is an active member of a health & wellness team comprised of sports medicine doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists (RMT's). Samantha is adept at creating a personalized Pilates program for each client. A tailored program as such, can be easily incorporated with an individual's regular health & fitness regime.
Pilates provides each person the opportunity to take an active role in his/her health - through movement.
